• We see clients for an individualized approach, with clients ages 5-95+ for one-on-one therapy. Individual therapy allows a focus on a person’s personal and relational goals.

  • We see families to help support them on working on current goals. This can entail work with growing families, perennial, postpartum, young families, and intergenerational processing of relational dynamics.

  • We see couples at all stages of their relationships who are navigating communication and emotional attunement. This type of therapy includes, but is not limited to support for committed couples, married couples, parents struggling with strategies in their parenting roles, and those navigating discernment.

  • Clients are encouraged to reach out about other relational based therapy needs

  • We offer groups for adults, children, teens, parents and families.
