Connection is a core part of being human. We all need bids for connection. This is a Relational process group at Montrose Bird sanctuary, where you can come individually or with a partner (romantic, family or friend) for support to process your communication and bids of connection.

A group designed to support children 8-13 navigating the social aspect and transition and the associated emotions, with a Trauma-focused, and neuro-affirming Stammtisch community of support.

A community based group to help support adolescents and young adults navigating feelings of disconnection, due to neuro-divergence, identity exploration, past trauma, and feelings of isolation.
